The key duties of the position include
Under general direction you will:
- Manage aspects of your Group Head's work schedule, calendar and emails by providing high-level inbox management and support to assist them with managing competing priorities.
- Manage emails and calls by triaging matters requiring action, approval, and review.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as organise travel arrangements, financial reconciliation of credit cards, invoice acquittals and support procurement activities.
- Undertake secretariat duties including scheduling meetings, taking minutes and preparing meeting papers, reports, briefs and other relevant documentation for various committees and forums.
- Support the Information Management Practices of the Group.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of your Group Head, and the wider Group.
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and the broader AIHW business areas.
- Strive for continuous improvement of the Group Head's office performance by using efficient and practical administration processes and systems.
