Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a large team to achieve outstanding results
• Drive high sales and effectively manage substantial stock portfolios
• Ensure operational excellence across all stores within your designated area
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Cluster/Area/Regional Manager in the retail sector, apparel experience a plus
• Demonstrated success in managing high sales, extensive stock, and large teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
