This position manages and leads the operational delivery of allocated subacute and ambulatory area programs within Community Services. It ensures program teams deliver integrated and consistent clinical services across the metropolitan area, under governance of SMHS.

Eligibility

Are you eligible? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time appointments. 

Job Share arrangements may be considered.

We currently have 2 FTE available.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until  31/12/2024.
