We are now seeking an Area Manager to join our FM team. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Building Managers (typically residential) and other staff to achieve their best performance and provide excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
- Management of all aspects of the employee life cycle
- Being a point of escalation for external customers
- Management of customer renewal activities
- Participation in Business Development activities
- Contributing to training and ongoing development of staff
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years’ experience in managing residential strata buildings and various entity types
- Experience leading a team
- Is a professional and clear communicator
- Can lead and inspire a disaggregated team
