About the role:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the daily management and interaction with customers. You will interact and manage both distributors and end users across multiple channels driving customer demand and delivering ‘pull through’.
Managing a territory, you will be responsible for sales budgets and the execution of sales objectives along with cycle initiatives. In addition, you will proactively seek opportunities to improve our service offering.
Responsibilities:
- Develop primary customer contacts across defined territory/customer base
- Achieve budgeted sales volumes and call targets
- Achieve budgeted trade spend targets
- Achieve budgeted Gross margin $’s
- Establish strong relationships with both customers and GWF internal team members
- Implements Field cycle initiatives across the DON product range

- 2 years FMCG Sales experience – required
- Sales experience within foodservice – highly desirable
- Understanding of key customer requirements and margin drivers
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent writer and verbal communication
