Area Manager | Wellness start-up

We're DAYLY, a rapidly growing Australian gut health company creating natural & innovative solutions for IBS and digestive discomfort. We're on a mission to make digestive issues a thing of the past, and we're looking for a driven and passionate Area Manager to help us expand our retail reach across QLD, VIC & SA.

*This is a remote role open to candidates Australia wide

As a DAYLY Area Manager, you'll:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our retail footprint in pharmacy, health food & supplement stores across Australia.
• Forge strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers, effectively presenting the value proposition of DAYLY and securing new partnerships and accounts.
• Become a DAYLY expert and confidently train store staff, equipping them for exceptional customer service and optimal sales.
• Negotiate prime shelf space and strategic product placement within stores, maximising visibility and customer engagement.
• Maintain detailed activity logs for insightful analysis of sales performance, strategic decision-making & stock levels 
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback, identifying opportunities for DAYLY's continued growth and success.

We're looking for a self-starter who:

• Thinks strategically and thrives on achieving ambitious sales goals. (2+ years of proven sales experience required).
• Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Has a knack for building & maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Is data-driven and meticulous in attention to detail.
• Thinks outside of the box and has an entrepreneurial mindset 

Bonus points for:

• A background in nutrition, pharmacy, naturopathy or science-related field.
