About the role:

MSS Security is looking for exceptional Operations Managers to support our team of Security guards across multiple sites. You will work closely with the guards and clients, so excellent customer service skills are essential. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with the client representatives to identify and implement opportunities for continual improvement
• Implementation of consistent processes across all Sites.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory standards.
• Preparation and delivery of monthly performance and KPI reports
• Establish, monitor, and update operational procedures against contractual terms to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Provide advice and recommendation on OH&S, Audits and other required reporting analysis
• Provide Contractual Quality Assurance and Compliance
• Developing training standards and assist the Business Managers in the delivery of those plans
• Coordinate the provision of training and inductions for new staff
• Daily management of the guards
• A background in security/guarding is essential

Skills & Experience

• Client relationship management experience with a multi-tiered customer
• Ability to comprehend regulatory standards
• Read and interpret, awards and / or enterprise agreements and IR laws
• Exceptional communication skills & computer literacy skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of WHS and Risk Management principles
• The ability and confidence to work on your own and as part of a team
• Conflict resolution

Required qualifications:

• Current Drivers' License
• Active Victorian Security License
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current First Aid
• Working with Children Check
