Conductix-Wampfler is seeking a talented Sales Representative to develop and direct the sales plans and implement sales strategies that will achieve company revenue and profit targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Taking ownership for the achievement of personal annual sales targets
- Liaison, support and sales growth of major customers and Distribution partners within the state
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving set sales targets is a mandatory requirement of the role
- Provide technical solutions to customers using your own initiative and utilizing the company's strong engineering and customer support team.
- Maintaining personal call rates to expand and develop sales and act as the main interface between your customer base and the organization.
The personal attributes required for this position are
- A high achieving sales professional able to clearly demonstrate over achievement of personal sales targets and account management/development
- Experience in the Mining, Crane, Ship Loading/Unloading and Heavy Industry would be advantageous
- A driven individual with extensive B2B sales experience in a technical environment and a strong customer focus
- Ability to source new clients by either cold calling or through targeted sales campaigns to new and existing markets
- Technical qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical would be highly regarded
