Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Business Support role. This position will be based in Kent Town, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally once established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Designers and the Director
- Handle general project administration tasks such as setup, supplier requests, and handover documentation
- Manage client correspondence effectively and professionally
- Prepare timesheet reports and task documentation
- Assist in project management administration
- Handle financial recording, reporting, and wages for approved applicants
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates with a general understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent computer navigation skills are essential to confidently navigate various apps and systems core to our business management
