Aboutthe role
As a part ofthe Organisational Development team, the Learning & DevelopmentConsultant collaborates with key stakeholders across the SA HousingAuthority to support learning strategies, identify capabilityneeds, and administers LMS. The incumbent will be developinglearning solutions aligned with organisational requirements inpartnership with external vendors and subject matter experts. Thisinvolves reporting, tracking, monitoring, on developmentactivities, and evaluating the impact of learning solutions.Additionally, the role provides advice to business units on L&Dsolutions and leads the procurement and coordination of learningand Development services.
SelectionCriteria:
- Knowledge of and ability to apply adult learning principles.
- Proven experience in administering a learning management system (LMS) and developing innovative solutions in LMS configuration.
- Sound skills in using a range of computer applications, including audio visual, computer and software equipment.
- Knowledge of contemporary Learning and Development practices and delivery methods and their application within the workplace.
- Well-developed analytical skills, and the capacity to exercise sound judgement, particularly demonstrated in the ability to assess organisation-wide staff development needs, conduct training needs analysis and translate these to targeted programs.
- Demonstrated high level organisational, administrative skills and ability in problem-solving, priority-setting and working to deadlines.
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and co-operatively in a cross functional team environment.

Requirements
Desirable - A relevant degree, orrecognised qualification in organisational development orinstructional design or an equivalent combination of experienceand/or education / training.
Desirable - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Role Status
Short term contract up to 12months.

$84,522 -$94,003 (ASO5)
