About the Role
The Talent & Succession Senior Consultant works within the Orbis Talent & Succession team to lead and strategically guide the design, implementation, and continuous evaluation of the Future Leaders program within the Department for Education.
The Talent & Succession Senior Consultant line manages consultants, collaborates on system-wide talent strategies, conducts research on contemporary talent management approaches, oversees systems and data management and maintains a comprehensive approach to identify and evaluate employees with the capability and potential for senior leadership positions.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO7: $106,512 - $115,137 per annum plus superannuation

Additional Note
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) contract, starting immediately for 12 months with possibility of extensions.
