Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of council-owned assets, including roads, bridges, parks, and utilities. Evaluate their condition and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop maintenance schedules and prioritise asset improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilise asset management software to analyse data, track performance, and identify trends. Make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Work closely with community members, contractors, and internal teams. Communicate effectively to address asset-related concerns and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
