Reporting to the CEO, you’ll form a key part of the success in developing new initiatives in People & Culture; with a view to modernising systems to be cutting edge. This role will have a satisfying purpose, with members and students benefitting from a fresh direction that of which you’ll be a central part.
Duties include:
- Championing cultural development
- Rejuvenating Policies and Procedures
- Provide HR support to employees/members/management
- Modernising Training & Development
- Stakeholder Liaison (Internal/External)
- Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Performance Management
- Manage employee development and relations
This is a permanent Part-time role (3 days a week – or lesser hours over 4-5 days). Ideally we’re looking for a May/June start. There’s plenty of parking and public transport available.
