Relationship Manager - Equipment & Commercial Finance
This role is responsible for relationship management of existing and new to bank clients. Duties include:
- Meeting with customers to identify opportunity and assess financial circumstances.
- Providing sales support, product knowledge and coaching where required to the team
- Interpret credit policy in line with financial objectives
- Management of credit submissions
- Establishment of strong relationships both internally and externally
- Compliance with credit policy
- Strong relationship and business development experience
- Accurate and comprehensive evaluation skills
- Financial analysis ability
- Strong communication skills dealing with a host of partners including leaders, credit, analysts and clients
- Experience dealing in applications as an assistant RM or Credit Analyst
