About the role
As the Asset Information System Administrator, the primary focus of your role is to support Parks Victoria in being a best practice and AMAF compliant asset manager.
You will manage and provide user support for the organization's Asset Management Information System (AMIS). Your position actively contributes to the delivery of asset management strategies, fostering innovation, and driving continuous systems and database improvements. You will be instrumental in developing and executing test plans for AMIS and its associated components (Maximo, EzMax, ArcGIS Portal and Field Maps), ensuring seamless system upgrades and enhancements. Furthermore, this position collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver projects on Facilities and Asset Management road-map.
We're looking for someone with:
- A tertiary degree or relevant qualification in Asset Management, GIS or similar is preferable
- Experienced in the use of Asset Information Management System (Maximo is preferred)
- Experienced in database management is preferable
- Experienced in the use of GIS for spatial analysis (ArcGIS is preferred)

About the Branch
The Facilities and Asset Management Directorate sits within the Infrastructure Division of Parks Victoria. The Directorate provides asset management and Facilities Management business leadership, built asset technical leadership, and manages accommodation, fleet and supply of minor plant and equipment and associated services.
