To continue our growth and success, we are seeking a full-time Bookeeper/Office Administrator to help within our accounts/administration department.
We are currently looking for someone to assist the current administration team, with many aspects of the day to day running of the office. Duties will be varied, and the ideal candidate will work well in a team setting. They will have a friendly, courteous phone manner, good communication skills and previous bookkeeping skills. Experience with Reccon and Microsoft outlook would be highly regarded. A willingness to learn and a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy with numbers is essential.
Role Responsibilities
- Data entry of invoices, quotes & remittances.
- Answering and transferring inbound calls.
- Preparing invoices, statements, and reports.
- Liaising with clients.
- Accounts recievable/payable.
- Wages.
- Reports for management.
- Setting/scheduling appointments.
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements
- Experience with Reckon or equivalent accounting package.
- Experience with Office software package (essential).
- Office administration experience (preferred).
- Work well in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Accurate with numbers.
- Excellent organisational skills.
