What this opportunity involves:
The Australia Post Asset & Maintenance Manager will ensure the plant & equipment asset management framework & life cycle management, is operating in accordance with client and account team expectations, with key life cycle asset performance reporting provided in the required format.
The Asset Maintenance Manager will be a key interface between JLL FM delivery and the client's Capital Budget program, and will need to strike the balance between efficient and effective management of the assets.
Asset & Maintenance Manager will support the effective scheduling and allocation of preventative maintenance tasks, in conjunction with PMO, Vendor Manager, and CMMS Champion, delivering the strategic objectives for the client
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Asset register management and resolution of data gaps
- Planned maintenance schedule development involvement
- Life Cycle Asset Management reporting, incorporating the client's property network strategy, for CAPEX budget development
- Reporting and presenting both to internal and external stakeholders.
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
- At least three years of experience in managing and delivering infrastructure asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial or deliveries and logistics environment
- Demonstrated skills in rigorous, fact-based analyses that drive creative problem solving, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Electrical, mechanical and/or a related engineering/trade field.
- Facilities Management experience
- Commitment to continuous improvement, motivated ‘can-do’ attitude, and results-oriented.
- Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues and clients.
- Likes being part of a high performing team.
