About the role
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the performance of an office portfolio and provide exceptional customer service and experience. You will be supported by leasing, finance, administration, property and facilities management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement asset management plans and strategies.
- Financial management and reporting.
- Seek opportunities and minimise risk.
- Achieve successful leasing outcomes.
- Act in the best interest of the investment and business.
- Drive outcomes from various stakeholders including property and facility managers.
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Formal qualifications in property (or related field).
- Experience in a similar role and asset class.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, market trends, challenges and conditions.
- Highly developed relationship management, organisation, communication and presentation skills.
