Established in 1973, Polyaire has 26 branches in Australia, offices in Malaysia and the United Kingdom and exports worldwide with a team of around 310 staff. Polyaire has one of the most extensive ranges of products used in the air conditioning industry, offering 15,000+ SKUs under the Polyaire, AirTouch and leading AC Unit Brands.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Asset Manager oversee the development, implementation and oversight of asset management strategies supported by high-quality policies, systems, and practices to achieve optimal return on investment and to provide strategic advice for the key stakeholders of Polyaire.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process from initiation to closure, including negotiations, contract drafting, and renewals.
- Ensure all properties and assets are adequately insured and comply with all legal requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient property management strategies to maximise asset value.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all contractual agreements are legally compliant and favourable to the company.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of the property.
- Oversee and manage all OHS matters related to the property.
- Manage the company's fleet, including vehicle insurance, registration, and maintenance.
- Oversee fuel management systems to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement fleet tracking systems to monitor vehicle usage and maintenance schedules.
- Develop policies for vehicle usage and replacement to optimize fleet performance and lifespan.
KEY CRITERIA
- Proven experience in asset and property management.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, insurance policies, and legal compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
