- Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Contractual related provisions to the customers.
- Management of Asset data, Asset disposal and data on site.
- Perform general facilities maintenance duties when required along with other staff and functions within the Facility Maintenance team to ensure compliance with the current contract. Including contractor allocation and close-out tasks
- Fluent and productive input into the FM on-site as directed by the Asset Manager.
- Day-to-day operation of the central system MRI and maintenance, including task close-out of Work Orders.
- Support in updating the Asset Register to ensure compliance, including asset condition reporting, site inspections with the Supervisor and updates.
- Scheduling and allocations within defined parameters in all contractor needs as required with the support of the Asset Manager
- Driver’s licence.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of MS Excel and or computerised maintenance programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- COVID Certification.
- Police Check.
- Australian Citizen.
