Assets & Services Planning Manager

Duties

• Lead the development and execution of the Asset Management function. 
• Manage the function capability in line with strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage the system and processes required to sustain existing assets and create new investments as required.
• Develop, implement, and manage performance metrics for reporting to executive management and the Board.
• Develop and manage strategic and tactical plans. 

• Qualification in an engineering or a commercial discipline
• Extensive Knowledge of strategy & planning performance management and metrics
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, including discounted cash flow analysis, project valuation, accounting principles and discount rate determination methods
• Knowledge of numerical modelling, including its use for developing demand, operational and financial models
