They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join their dynamic team. 

Your new role 

As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close processes, and supporting the finance team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a thriving real estate environment. 

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: process invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage payment schedules.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior accountants to create and monitor budgets.

What you'll need to succeed 

• MUST speak Mandarin
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
