- Tertiary qualification in finance, economics or related.
Experience
- 4-8 years’ experience in an accounting environment.
- Construction and real estate industry knowledge.
Skills, Knowledge & Specialist Expertise
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office and accounting software, particularly Jobpac and MYOB Advanced.
- Results orientated and detail focused.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Customer service excellence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AREA ACTIVITIES Accounts Administration
- Manage full process for receipt, approval and payment of invoices.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure documentation is checked and signed off before sending to Accounts Payable.
- Identify discrepancies in information supplied and/or missing information.
- Liaise with Contract Administrator to correctly allocate cost codes.
