You will bring along the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or commerce.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Flexible team player with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and professionalism.
The role will be responsible for:
- Process credit card and business card transactions, address queries, and lead process improvements.
- Manage fuel processing, including yard fuel, fuel cards, and the Bulk Fuel Australia account.
- Handle monthly toll processing.
- Prepare and distribute weekly debtors’ reports with timely follow-up.
- Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash receipting.
- Oversee the Accounts and Invoices Inbox, resolving complex issues.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of all intercompany AR and AP transactions.
- Serve as Accounts Officer for the Services and General divisions.
- Provide Accounts Officer relief during absences and peak periods.
- Support Finance Team staff as needed.
- Maintain ledger balances to the highest standards.
