We are a CPA Accounting firm located in Milsons Point, a short 2-minute walk from the station. We provide an array of accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a wide range of clients.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we seek to employ an Administration Assistant to keep our office running. This role would be suitable for university students looking for part time work with a potential to grow into a full-time accounting position.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Manage the office including answering phones and managing calendars
- Liaise with clients
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Preparation of client letters and correspondence
- ASIC annual reviews and preparing solvency declarations
- Scanning and filing correspondence
- Packaging financial accounts
- Assisting accountants with client work
- Liaison with the ATO and other third parties
- Assisting with the lodgment program
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Currently studying a bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
- Be a team player
