About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. The role sits more specifically in our Media and External Communications team who provide advice and work closely with SIRA stakeholders to deliver all External Communications, including:
- Website content
- Email marketing (eDM)
- News articles and media releases
- Social media (LinkedIn)
- Graphic design
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including the use of project management and reporting tools to ensure optimal quality and compliance.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of communication strategies and activities to support the achievement of business objectives and outcomes.
- Develop and distribute a wide range of communication materials and collateral to effectively manage stakeholder information and engagement needs.
- Support and contribute to the maintenance of digital content to ensure timely and accurate update of information.
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships and collaborate with relevant teams to effectively coordinate communication services and delivery.
- Develop and maintain reports on communication channels.
About you:
- Previous experience in providing administrative support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level knowledge, skill, and experience with Microsoft applications.
- Experience and skill in the creation and use of Excel Spreadsheets.
- Experience with website content management systems (Squiz Matrix highly regarded).
- Experience with email marketing and distribution tools (Salesforce highly regarded).
- Experience with JIRA highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail.
