We are on the lookout for an Assistant to CEO to join our team in Melbourne.
This crucial role involves supporting the CEO's day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth operations within the company, allowing the CEO and Executive Team to focus on strategic priorities. Given the changing nature of the work that the CEO undertakes, the Assistant to the CEO will be highly proficient in managing administrative tasks, have flexibility, foresight and initiative, while maintaining confidentiality related to business and operations.
What does a day in the life look like for the Assistant to CEO at UNIFIED Music Group?
- Ownership and management of a busy schedule and changing diary for the CEO
- Proactively plan, coordinate and help to prepare for meetings and events
- Set up meetings and greet guests in the Richmond Head Office
- Book and manage travel, flights, accommodation, parking, Ubers and communication with travel agency
- Support in event coordination, guest list management as required
- Assist with social media and content management, including LinkedIn
- Handle gift purchases, expenses, and documentation as needed
- Regularly update and maintain Assistant to CEO documents
- Build reputable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fulfill other adhoc tasks as required as requested by CEO
Whilst the Assistant to CEO role will predominantly focus on the tasks above, there will be a requirement at times to support the operation of the UNIFIED Executive Team and UNIFIED Head Office, including delivering on office events and supporting with office administrative tasks.
We are looking for candidates that have:
- Previous experience in supporting senior leadership level within a business
- Familiarity with UNIFIED Music Group
- Excellent communicator with client management abilities, adept at maintaining budgets and meeting deadlines in an office environment
- Passionate about delivering quality products with a focus on client needs and office management
- Proficient in administrative and computer skills, including MS Office, and confidence in utilising systems
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from data
