Qualifications & experience
- Tertiary education in business management or administration is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level executive administrative support
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the CEO electronic diary with activities, changes and reminders
- Respond to calls and review incoming CEO emails for action requirements and flag appropriately
- Draft regular correspondence and documents for CEO approval
- Undertake research for the preparation of correspondence, reports, and initiatives
- Assist with financial requirements including, budgeting, obtaining quotations, purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, and processing invoices
- Collate, photocopy, disseminate and file documents as required.
- Schedule travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and prepare detailed itineraries and prepare relevant documentation
- Coordinate meeting room preparation and necessary set up requirements
- Prepare agendas, meeting papers, PowerPoints, and other background/briefing materials for meetings/appointments and take minutes. Distribute as necessary.
