The Company
An exciting temporary opportunity exists for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a national association located in Melbourne. You will be a part of a busy, inclusive and supportive culture, close to public transport!
The Role
The role is busy and traditional, where your main responsibility will be to perform confidential executive administrative tasks for the CEO to maximise efficiency.
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management
- Email correspondence and respond to queries on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- Prepare agendas, action items, minutes and papers
- Lots of stakeholder management with vendors, suppliers and key staff
- Research and reporting activities
- Assist in reviewing and drafting policies
- Coordinate activities across the leadership team
- Other general administrative tasks
What will you need to succeed?
- Proven experience as an EA supporting a C-Suite Executive in a fast paced complex work environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A professional and mature approach
- Exercise judgement and discretion at all times
