Our customers are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin. That’s where we come in!
We put them in a replacement vehicle and work with the customer, insurers, and repairers taking all the hassle out of the ordeal for the customer. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our fun and supportive Claims team who provide an exceptional service to our customers in their time of need.
No Claims experience required! Working with our partners and clients the Assistant Claims Assessor assists in assessing, validating and maintaining claims files. No two files are the same, so you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure we have all the required documents and information throughout the hire term.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service at our customers’ time of need
- Assisting in the management of a portfolio of motor vehicle repairs and/or hire car claims in an efficient and professional manner
- Liaising with customers, internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution
- Identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies and risk mitigation
About You You are a positive, down to earth, and collaborative team player who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
You are comfortable with technology, have great attention to detail, an investigative mind and the ability to think on your feet. Most importantly, you’ll be happy to ask a lot of questions, continuously learn and share our passion for helping others. All necessary training is provided, although experience working with a variety of customers face to face or via telephone is highly regarded.
