The essential requirements for this role are:
- Demonstrated skills in senior leadership, change management and people management and development through a senior officer/executive level role.
- Significant experience in a criminal justice environment or similar Program Delivery or Infrastructure project area.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and conceptualise problems, formulate and execute appropriate solutions and negotiate successful outcomes in an innovative and resourceful manner.
- Ability to be innovative and enterprising in relation to influencing and earning the trust and respect of relevant parties who possess a diverse range of values.
- High level interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and influence others in the achievement of outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformative and innovate change across the life of the Program to meet the organisation's current and long term requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in leading the development and implementation of robust strategies, plans, frameworks and policies to meet the current and future organisational need.
- High level conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions including on highly complex corporate support matters.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, drive, and embed transformative change to improve organisational performance and service delivery.
Qualifications, professional registration, conditions and other requirements
- Formal qualifications in Program, Project and/or Change Management would be highly regarded.
- Travel may be a requirement as this position may be required to work at different sites.
