We are seeking to appoint a permanent, full-time Assistant Coordinator to join our team at St Agnes Outside School Hours Care based in Mt Gravatt.
Being an OSHC, this role will involve a mixture of split shifts and full days for the right candidate.

Our Centre:
St Agnes Outside School Hours Care is part of St Agnes Catholic Primary School and Holland Park Mt Gravatt Parish community. Our service operates before school, after school and vacation care for up to 150 children.
Hours: 38 hours per week
Remuneration: Level 4.1 to 4.3 - $33.40 to $34.39, depending on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including:
- Program planning, delivery and documentation.
- Staff rostering and supervision.
- Plan and deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Support children to grow and develop and are committed to seeing them learn and have fun in a happy, safe and nurturing environment.
- Participate in professional and personal development.
- Administration and financial management tasks (e.g. fee collection)
- Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children.
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Effective workplace communication and leadership skills
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines (Desirable).
