Woods & Co Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a reputable private developer with an impressive pipeline. Due to a number of recent acquisitions, they are looking to add an additional Assistant Development Manager to the team. This is a business that has experienced extensive growth in the past 24 months, with 5+ years in the pipeline.
It is critical for our client that we find someone with not just the capability to manage the projects, but to be a representative of the brand, particularly considering its rapid growth. Ideally, this role is suited for an ADM or an existing Development Manager with at least 12 months of experience.
What do you do?
Reporting to the Development Manager and Development Director you will lead multiple house and land as well as townhouse projects throughout different key growth corridors.

What do you need:
A proven track record in delivering masterplanned communities/townhomes
Experience in Engineering or Town Planning will be looked upon favourably but not essential
Strong understanding of Melbourne 's key growth corridors and market demographics
Experience from inception to completion is preferable
Ability to function both collaboratively and deliver outcomes autonomously is essential, this a role where you will be given full responsibility over projects
