Specialising across the industrial, logistics an commercial sectors, this group are growing fast and require an Assistant Development Manager to support the Leadership and Senior Development team members. Open to an individual with experience in project management, development, or contract administration ideally within Industrial Construction, this is an opportunity that does not come by very often.Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting the development team in planning, design and delivery of all development projects as well as preparation of feasibility studies
- Preparation of consultancy agreements, and management/co-ordination of project consultant teams during the development application and documentation phase
- Preparation of Monthly internal PCG report preparation and external Investment Committee Papers, and attend on-site builder PCG meetings and report on project status, issues and risks to the Development Team
- Provide support to the Asset Management and Leasing Team with leasing enquiries, submission presentations, commercial negotiations and legal documentation
- Supporting the internal and external project managers during pre-development and delivery phases, whilst building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Tertiary qualifications in a related Property discipline
- Minimum 3 years of property industry experience in either a project manager, Assistant Development Manager or contract administrator position - ideally the Industrial Construction space. Retail or Commercial construction experience will also be looked at.
- Financially numerate, strong commercial acumen and ability to work across multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising and managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- You are an enthusiastic team player who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and sees doing so as the best way to learn and grow
- Central Melbourne CBD office location
