The Office of the Auditor General is looking to expand our Financial Auditing capacity with fresh minds to work in our teams analysing financial information, identifying issues and improving public sector accountability and transparency.
Our Auditors work across a varied portfolio of audit clients across Western Australia, planning, conducting and reporting on audit results. We focus on state government, local government and the tertiary sector providing our staff with great exposure to the diverse range of services provided to the WA community.
We currently have one full time, permanent position available, however as our business unit expands more vacancies are expected to arise in the coming months. Job share arrangements may be considered.
We are establishing a pool of candidates for full or part time, permanent and fixed term vacancies that arise until (30 September 2024). Fixed term appointments will have the possibility of permanency.
This process may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies (permanent, fixed term, full-time or part time) within six months of the date of completion of the recruitment process.
