The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Management position within our esteemed Clinical Services team at Nowra Private Hospital.
We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join us on a permanent full-time basis.
This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in our organisation's success by providing clinical leadership, overseeing bed management, and offering operational support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting growth, business development, and addressing the business needs identified by the Executive team and Ramsay Health Care
Maintaining a relentless focus on clinical excellence across the organization
Supervising care delivery and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes within resource constraints and compliance requirements
Planning and managing hospital and departmental budgets in consultation with other executive team members
Assessing workplace culture and implementing actions to support positive culture maintenance
Managing Human Resources to forecast future workforce requirements and develop and implement strategies accordingly
Your Key Skills and Experience
Current registration with AHPRA
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide teams effectively
Experience in strategic planning, reporting, and policy development
Familiarity with quality and risk management frameworks, as well as clinical governance principles
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle complex operational challenges in a dynamic environment

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
