As an Assistant Manager, you will support and assist your respective Venue Managers in high standard operations with a focus on delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience and culture of performance. While in this role, you will be exposed to all facets of a thriving hospitality business inclusive of entertainment, food, beverage, gaming and people to grow and develop your managerial skills in a hands-on role, coupling both FOH and BOH duties across both Courthouse Hotel & Kinselas.
Your Experience & Skills
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about customer experience and high standards of customer service.
- Seek constant learning and development with previous exposure to business strategies.
- Driven to learn, grow and advance your career, and of those around you.
- Hold a valid NSW RSA and RCG with the confidence to act on these requirements coupled with a strong compliance mindset.
Expectations, Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Managers and the collective Leadership Team in daily venue operations and venue compliance.
- Support the Creative Director in delivering world class entertainment & events in our newly upgraded nightclub space.
- Seek to ensure our exceptional venue standards are met regarding venue cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
- Assist in managing a team of bar, gaming, and food service staff members.
- Responsible for the venue's operations as a manager on duty during general trading hours and the closure of the venue.
- Possess the availability and willingness to suit late night, shift-work rosters.
- Cash handling and reconciliation tasks.
- Complete daily reporting.
