Redcape Hotel Group is seeking passionate, committed hospitality professionals to join the Leadership Team at Hermit Park Hotel. Assisting your Venue Manager & collective venue team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
This role may be available in a casual capacity for the successful candidate to start, should it be beneficial for both parties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Manager with the Hotel's day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams that may consist of bar, gaming & retail staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
