Welcome to C&K Coolangatta, where your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We have an open natural learning environment where the children explore and investigate, and extend their learning. Our teachers and educators focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.
Our program has close links with Coolangatta State School to ensure a smooth and successful transition into prep. Each week the children attend the school library and throughout the course of the year attend other functions so that they become familiar with the school environment and staff.
What you’ll bring
Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:
A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
