What this job involves:As the Assistant Facilities Manager you will be part of the broader facilities team and will focus on coordinating and managing vendors to ensure they meet the compliance and KPIs requirements. You will also have the responsibilities in the delivery of the services to operate and maintain the properties.
You will be part of a team delivering services on behalf of a high-profile Commonwealth Department, with a global footprint. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist SFM in managing WHS & Compliance activities
Vendor management, i.e. inductions, review SWMS/JSA, vendor meetings
Incident reporting
Understanding Statutory Compliance requirement, assist in the compliance audit
Serve as a first point of contact for clients and contractors on the allocated properties.Coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver Reactive and Preventative maintenance workorders through JLL Work Order Management system (Corrigo).Using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.Setting up new vendors, invoice processing, budget management
