About the role
You are a talented and energetic individual who will passionately manage and expand our growing club based in Dapto.
You are a great manager with the ability to multi-task, have exceptional customer care skills and a natural talent to drive membership sales. You will contribute to fostering our energetic and community-focused club culture and
atmosphere.
As the face of our gym, you are a dynamic people person, providing excellent customer service that adds value to client memberships and strong club relationships.
You will be supported by Stepz Fitness Corporate. Working directly with the Franchisor and Manager. Have the opportunity to learn and grow within the franchise. Gather Fitness Industry experience to help you grow and develop your business management, skills further. Become a partner in the vision and development of this young franchise to continue to lead the community in health and fitness.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Meet and Greet potential and existing clients.
Manage the front desk area efficiently, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling
walk-in inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised reception area. - Membership Sales and Lead Generation: Sell/upsell, memberships to current and potential clients.
- Create Brand awareness in the local community.
- Engage/Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive memberships.
- Provide Group Functional Training classes to our members.
- Help Manage everyday club operations and conduct admin tasks.
- Achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Maintain and contribute to a great club culture within the club and assist with Club fitness competitions.
- Manage and maintain the club with high standards of quality. Smile, be energetic and enjoy your time with us!
Skills and Experience
- Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience at a 24-hour gym would be useful but not essential.
