Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the store
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and business goals
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising
- Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Commitment to ongoing training
- Ability to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong sales results and experience in achieving KPI’s
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of bedding products and industry trends is a plus
- Appreciate the importance of quality sleep
- Moderate computer skills
