Bought by the Williams family in 1941, current owners Peter & Colleen Williams take pride in maintaining and paying tribute to the history of the pub and those who have been part of making it what it is today. 

Our Sports Bar, TAB, Bistro, Outdoor Beer Garden, Drive Thru Bottle Shop, Function Facilities and 6 Motel Rooms ensures that the San Remo Hotel has it all!

We are now looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to assist our Venue Manager in leading our Award-Winning hotel and team. 

Qualifications & experience

   Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management, staff supervision, and customer service best practices.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the business
