We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our New Car Sales Department to help drive success in our sales operations.
Reporting directly to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will join our team of sales professionals, who are constantly motivated to be the best in their field. With a proven background in Automotive Sales, this is your chance to further your career in the automotive industry with one of WA’s largest automotive dealership groups. This position offers an attractive salary package (base, commission plan & company vehicle) and is a great opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities;
• Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the New Car sales department
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and concerns
• Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish
• Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Train, mentor and motivate sales staff to maximise their potential and performance
• Assisting in the enforcement of our dealership processes
Our ideal Assistant Manager will possess the following;
• Automotive sales experience is essential
• Previous experience in a management role will be highly regarded
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products and services
