Assistant Property Management - Traineeship Opportunity

The opportunity

The role includes, but isn't limited to -

• Assisting in organising repair and maintenance to properties.
• Conduct periodic inspections of properties.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants & show available properties.
• Assist in ensuring that tenants comply with tenancy agreements & that properties are appropriately cared for.
• Advertising of vacant properties.
• Preparation of new lease sign up packages.
• Processing of tenant applications.
• Preparation & sending of inspection & arrears correspondence.
