Axia is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the team in a broad and diverse role. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced, team environment and offers the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Lease administration
- Liaising with tenants on arrears and maintenance matters
- Booking contractors and issuing Purchase Orders
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Basic accounting functions including coding invoice
- General administration including correspondance, filing, scanning and archiving
- Diary management/organising meetings
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to provide administrative support at a high level
- Exceptional computer literacy, including word, excel and strong formatting skills
- Professional presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with clients, visitors, staff members and co-workers.
Whilst Commercial property experience is desirable, it is not essential. Suitable candidates will ideally have previous property management experience, be self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work without close supervision.
