The role
We're offering a driven, career minded individual the opportunity to assist in the management of our clients and facilitate the following tasks:
- Client liaison & management
- Property inspections (PCRs outsourced)
- Maintenance management
- Accounts management & reconciliation
- Lease renewals
- Tenancy applications
You will grow and learn new business skills, be constantly challenged and develop your leadership skills.
What you should be
- Highly organised, responsive and efficient
- Capable of maintaining an immaculate database
- Comfortable initiating, building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Comfortable to deal with (but not limited to) high end property and clientele
- Able to prioritise objectives and deal with a fluctuating workload
- Capable of negotiating acceptable outcomes between tenants and owners
- Well presented and have excellent communication skills
What we prefer you to have
- Experience in property management and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- A current West Australian Property Management Certificate
- Competence in Property Tree software or similar (preferred)
- Strong computer & MS Office skills
- Current Western Australian driver's license
- A general understanding of property maintenance
- Appropriate vehicle
