About the role
We are looking for a property management assistant to work alongside one of our current Property Managers, looking after a portfolio in the Northern Suburbs.
This exciting new role will land you in a team with some of the best in the industry that will train and guide you to be the best property manager you can be!
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Property Inspections
- Lease Renewals
- Management Authority Renewals
- Landlord and Tenant Liaison
- Organise and Manage Maintenance Requests
- Home Opens & Leasing of properties

- Support, support, support! Our experience in PM means we have a multi-pronged support plan including 2 x experienced team leaders and a team of friendly (sometimes funny even) experienced Property Managers that love to offer you a helping hand whenever you need it!
- We have some amazing up-to-date programs that assist with your day-to-day job tasks and allows for some work from home options. Our programs include Property Me, Inspect Real Estate, VaultRE, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
- Mobile phone (iPhone 11) is supplied to make your routine inspections and home opens a breeze
- All PCR’s are outsourced
- Davey gets all the PM's across the group to meet regularly to train, bounce ideas and get to know each other

Skills and experience
To be successful for this position you must have:
- A current Property Management Registration (highly desired however not essential)
- A current Driver's License and reliable motor vehicle
- Minimum 1 years' experience in the real estate industry (preferable however not essential)
- Outstanding time management skills, with a positive and proactive mindset
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Well-presented and great sense of humour
- Thrive in a team environment
