We are a boutique agency based in Osborne Park that specializes in Property management, sales, developments, and property wealth creation. Your opportunity
An introductory Property Manager role available, you will learn from the best & assist the team to deliver extraordinary day to day management of properties including inspections, maintenance, client, tenant and contractor liaison and daily problem solving. You will be responsible for
Communication and client relations – keep an open line of communication with clients on vacancies, expiries, tenant concerns, physical condition of the property, financial issues and any item associated with the property. Constantly exceed client experience, including tenants and contractors.
Financial – assist our clients in preserving and increasing the value of their real estate investments by managing the day-to-day financial operations of each property including tenant selection, rental collection, bonds, Trust account compliance, etc.
Tenant Relations - rental agreements, select qualified tenants, collect deposits and rents, enforce terms of rental agreements, resolve tenant complaints, negotiate lease renewals, final inspection process with owners & tenants.
Marketing – keep properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising and showings for prospective tenants.
Repairs and maintenance – schedule maintenance and repairs, regularly inspect properties to ensure the property is in good working order and compliant with state legislation.

Property Management registration preferred but not essential.
Willingness to be mentored and learn from some of the industry’s most experienced.
Ability to assist in managing a large, well-structured Portfolio within a team structure.
Passionate about enhancing the customer service experience.
High level of problem solving and dispute resolution ability.
Driver’s licence and reliable car
Property Tree, IRE, Rentfind inspector, Trello and DocuSign experience is advantageous but not essential.
