Local Agent is currently seeking the services of an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Property Manager to complement our motivated and highly professional property management team, collectively managing 400 Sunshine Coast properties.
The POSITION:
Full-time Assistant Property Manager, with flexible, family friendly work-hours negotiable
- Will work under the guidance and support of an experienced and knowledgeable property management team.
- The perfect job for a recently qualified Property Manager keen to make a start in the industry, or a person keen to build a career as a Property Manager, to gain formal property management qualifications, and to be part of an exciting team.
- Formal qualifications are not necessary and full training on all aspects of the role is available.
The successful candidate will be a member of an experienced team with a strong supportive culture focused on team development and customer service. - The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and is supported with full training and mentoring.
The CANDIDATE:
- Will be enthusiastic and energetic, keen to learn and take directions, preferably (but not essential) experienced in property management.
- Will not require formal qualifications, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Will possess good computer skills and either have experience with, or demonstrate the capacity to learn, essential property management software.
- Social media skills (Facebook and Instagram) will be advantageous but not necessary.
- Will work alongside and under the guidance of experienced Property Managers, and will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the property management role and gain formal qualifications.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and an organised approach to tasks are also important in fulfilling this role
- A current driver’s licence is a requirement
